Braces — straight teeth and a healthy bite

Orthodontics gradually moves the teeth with appliances into a neat, well-aligned position with a correct bite. Beyond looks, well-aligned teeth are easier to clean — lowering the risk of decay, gum inflammation and long-term chewing problems.

Metal braces — standard, sturdy and great value, for typical cases and tighter budgets.

Damon / ceramic — lower friction, gentler movement and fewer visits, with ceramic blending into the tooth colour.

Invisalign clear aligners — removable and nearly invisible, but you must wear them 20–22 hours a day.

Not always — it depends on the space in the jaw and how much the teeth protrude. Some cases need the mouth prepared first (scaling, fillings or extractions only as needed). The orthodontist assesses this from your X-rays and explains before starting.

Treatment usually takes 1.5–3 years with visits every 4–8 weeks depending on the system; attending on time helps you finish sooner. Records are shared across all 14 branches, so you can continue adjustments near home or work.

Once the appliance comes off, a retainer keeps the teeth from shifting back. During treatment, brush especially well, use interdental brushes, and come for scaling on schedule to prevent decay and gum inflammation.
